ECHO was selected by Virgin Media, formerly known as Telewest Communications Networks Ltd. The primary scope of work is to capture network inventories into target Gcomms system and creation of network circuit data for bandwidth management. GIS data capture and correction, copper/coax and fiber network asbuild.
